This month marks three years since I qualified as a Reiki Master. 🙏

One thing I’ve come to realise about mastery is that you never really “master” it! The more you learn, the more you realise there is so much more to learn and discover. Every answer seems to lead to new questions, every step forward opens up new paths to explore.

Every day, Reiki teaches me something new. I’m still learning, still growing, still asking questions and still being amazed by this incredible practice. To me, that’s the true gift of Reiki - it keeps us humble, curious, open-hearted and forever students of Life.

I’ll be running another Reiki Level One course in the near future for anyone who feels called to begin their own Reiki journey. If you’d like to find out more about the course please get in touch. I’d love to hear from you. ✨🤍

Hi 👋 I’m Hannah. For most of my adult life, I was searching for meaning. I did it all… moved around, tried different jobs, walked different paths and spent a long time feeling unsure of what I was meant to be doing.

It wasn’t until my early 30s that things started falling into place. Looking back now, I can see I needed those life experiences to do what I’m doing today.💖🙏

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, their intuition, their energy and the parts of themselves that have been pushed aside through stress, life, conditioning and just the way society teaches us to live.

We all have gifts within us. We all have something that lights us up.

My role as a reiki practitioner and teacher is to help people let go of what no longer serves them, heal from past experiences, raise their vibration and start creating a life that actually feels good and aligned for them.

You’re not “too sensitive”… and you’re definitely not broken for feeling things deeply.❤️‍🩹

What people call being “over sensitive” is often just a responsive nervous system.

Your body is constantly picking up on what’s happening around you — the people, the environment and the general feel of a situation. Often before you’ve even had time to consciously process it.

What’s happening is actually down to a primitive survival mechanism. Your nervous system is hard wired to scan for safety or shifts in your surroundings, without you needing to think about it.

So when something feels “off”… a slight heaviness, discomfort or unease you can’t quite explain…
that’s your body picking up information first.

You’re not you overreacting, your system is working exactly as it’s meant to.

The nervous system is designed to:
register → process → release.

But this is where it can get overwhelming. 👇

Because instead of letting the feeling pass, you start holding onto it.

You try to analyse it.
You question yourself.
You take it on as your own.

And that’s what drains you.

The shift isn’t about becoming less sensitive. It’s about learning not to grip onto everything you feel.

Let it move through you… without turning it into a story or something more than it is.

Because not everything you feel is yours to carry.

Sensitivity isn’t the issue… It’s what happens when we hold onto it.

Hi, I’m back! 👋 I’ve not been sharing much on social media over the last six months after feeling the pull to pour all of my energy into giving treatments, teaching and working on creating the best Reiki Level II course that I can. 🙏💚

Writing is far from my strongest skill, I’ve never been ‘clever’ in that way. Probably doesn’t help that I spend most of my life living in the other side of my brain.🧘 So it’s taken a lot of time and focus to get the Level II course to a place where I feel it really honours this sacred practice and where I can feel proud of what I’m offering my students…Finally the course is ready and so am I. ✨

Last night we returned to the cosy cabin where it all started. This time, it was for the first Reiki Level II class! I’m so honoured, excited and more ready than I’ve ever been to teach and guide others in deepening their practice and even become qualified practitioners themselves.

Thank you for sticking around. 🙏 I promise I’ll be back sharing more tools and practices for you to use for your own well-being and spiritual development.🤍

Energy healing isn’t “woo woo”… it’s how your body actually works. ✨

Everything around you — every object, every living thing, your thoughts, your emotions, your body, even the space you’re in. Is fundamentally energy. What feels “solid” is really just quantum energy vibrating at different frequencies and interacting in different ways, .

Your body is electrical too. Your heart creates a field of energy. Your brain constantly sends and receives signals. Your nervous system is always picking up and responding to what’s happening inside and around you.

Reiki works at this energetic level — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Allowing your system to relax, release tension and return to balance in the way your body is naturally designed to. ✨

It’s not magic. It’s energetic alignment 💫
