Battle Cancer Program

CrossFit Wyre Forest will be launching the Battle Cancer Program at our facility on May 12th 2026.

The Battle Cancer Program is a community-based exercise program designed to support individuals who have been affected by cancer. Through safe, structured, and supportive group training, the program aims to help participants rebuild strength, physical confidence, and overall wellbeing following cancer treatment.

Thanks to funding support, the program is fully funded and free for participants to attend.

The program is open to anyone who has been affected by cancer and has completed active treatment at least two months prior to starting the program. There is no maximum time limit since treatment finished, meaning individuals are welcome whether treatment concluded recently or many years ago.

Sessions will take place at CrossFit Wyre Forest at the following times:

• Tuesdays: 6:45 – 7:45pm
• Fridays: 5:30 – 6:30pm

All sessions are individually tailored, making the program appropriate for any level of pre-existing fitness or exercise experience. Our experienced coaching team adapts exercises and training variables to accommodate injuries, health conditions, fatigue levels, and other limitations, allowing participants to exercise safely while benefiting from the support of a group environment.
