The Oxfordshire Adult Community Eating Disorder Service is welcoming referrals for adults experiencing symptoms of anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder and other specified eating disorders.

They welcome referrals regardless of BMI or the severity of compensatory behaviours.

Cranstoun Here4YOUth – support for young people

Are you, or is someone you care about, struggling with alcohol or drugs?

Cranstoun Here4YOUth offers free, confidential support for young people:

Aged 8–25 who are worried about their own alcohol or drug use
Aged up to 18 who are affected by someone else’s use (for example, a parent, carer or friend)
They can support you:

By phone or online
At home
In school
In the community
You don’t need a CAMHS referral – you can get in touch directly. Getting help early can make a big difference and stop things from getting worse.
