🚨 MAGNESIUM CREAM RESTOCK ALERT! 🚨

When one batch just isn’t enough… you make TWO! 😂

It’s been all go in the soap kitchen today, and my mission has been to restock not one, but TWO batches of your favourite magnesium cream. These little pots have been flying off the shelves at markets so fast that I actually sold out last weekend… despite making a fresh batch during the week! 😳

Clearly, you lovely lot have decided we all need a little more relaxation in our lives! 😂

Now, magnesium cream can be a bit of a tricky little number to make. It’s an oil-in-water emulsion, and you definitely need to get to know its foibles. Get it wrong and it can decide to split on you, and it can take its sweet time thickening up.

Thankfully, I’ve finally got the hang of it! 🙌

What you can see in the photo is the freshly made base, which is now cooling down. Once it drops below 35°C, I can add the preservative and my therapeutic essential oil blend. Then tomorrow, it’s time to get the piping bag out and fill those jars, ready for this weekend’s market. 🫙✨

💛 One minute you’re having a lovely family day… the next you’re back in the soap kitchen surrounded by boxes, labels and enough ingredients to make a small army smell fabulous! 😂🧼

Today was a much-needed day off, and I spent it with my daughter Katie and this little munchkin, my grandson Arran! 🥰 We had such a lovely day filled with fun, laughter and plenty of family time. It was exactly the little reset I needed.

But… the day off is over and I’m back in the soap kitchen! 🙈 Tomorrow it’s all systems go as I restock some of your favourite Surya Luna goodies and start getting everything packed up for another market adventure.

This Friday I’ll be heading off to Inveraray, ready for a weekend with Exclusively Highlands in the gorgeous grounds of Inveraray Castle. 🏰🌿

I’ll be there Saturday and Sunday, so if you’re heading along, please come and say hello! I’d love to see some familiar faces, meet some new ones and, naturally, chat about all things lovely and natural. 💚

✨ What a weekend! And now the market boxes are on the move again… ✨

A HUGE thank you to everyone who stopped by my stall, either Saturday or Sunday, at Crathes Castle this weekend. 💚

It was an absolute joy to meet you all, catch up with familiar faces and chat about all things natural skincare. I hope you’re enjoying your Surya Luna goodies as much as I enjoyed making them! 🌿🧼✨

I’m back home and back in the soap kitchen today, and the first job was repacking all those market boxes because… I’m off again! 😂

This Friday I’ll be heading to Inveraray Castle with Exclusively Highlands , ready for another weekend of Surya Luna loveliness. I’ll be there Saturday and Sunday, so if you’re in the area, come along and say hello! 🏰🌿

In the meantime, I’ve packed up all your lovely website orders that came in over the weekend, and they’ll be heading to the post office tomorrow. 📦💌 I’ll also be busy restocking some of your favourites that I completely sold out of at Crathes!

But tomorrow, I’m putting the soap kitchen to one side for some much-needed family time with my daughter and grandson. ❤️

And a little apology for the lack of a post this morning! 🙈 Unfortunately, the phone signal here is not exactly playing ball, and I couldn’t get my phone to switch from my personal Facebook/Instagram account over to my business account. Technology 1, Eileen 0! 😂📱

But the good news is… I’ll be back tomorrow! 🎉

🚐 ABERDEENSHIRE, HERE WE COME! 🌿✨

Merlin the Mini is packed to the rafters and ready to hit the road this morning! 🥰 Our destination? Beautiful Crathes Castle near Banchory, where I’ll be setting up for this weekend’s market with Exclusively Highlands.

I’m so excited to be heading back to one of my absolute favourite venues, with all your Surya Luna Naturals favourites packed on board. 🧼🌸✨

🍂 HELLO SEPTEMBER… AND HELLO COSY SEASON! 🍂

The first of the ‘ber months is here! 🎃🍁 And with the start of meteorological autumn comes that lovely turning point in the year when thoughts start drifting towards cosy jumpers, fluffy socks, candlelight and those darker evenings made infinitely better with a little glow. 🕯️✨

Here at Surya Luna Naturals, it’s officially all systems go! I’m back from my lovely summer holidays, the summer clothes are getting packed away, and I’m very much looking forward to wrapping up warm and embracing everything autumnal. 🍂

And there’s no easing gently back into work for me! This week is all about getting stock ready for a trip north to Crathes Castle this weekend with Exclusively Highlands. 🏰

It will be my first time back at Crathes since November last year, so I absolutely cannot wait! I’ll be bringing all the fabulous skincare that you loved so much at Ellon Castle Gardens, along with a selection of my handmade soaps too. 🧼🌿

So, it’s going to be a busy few days here at Surya Luna HQ, getting everything made, packed and market-ready before I head north on Friday.

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by my stall at Ellon Castle Gardens over the weekend! 💕 I was absolutely blown away by the love for my skincare range. 🌿✨
