Look at this whopper I removed from a client’s ear tonight 👂😳📸

That solid chunk at the bottom was completely blocking the ear canal — no wonder their hearing was muffled! Instant improvement as soon as it was removed 🙌

Not the prettiest photo… but definitely one of the most satisfying 😅
