🌟1st Contact Physiotherapist and Senior Mental Health Practitioner Services 🌟

We’d like to remind our patients that we are very fortunate to be able to offer the services of Christine and Daryl, our 1st contact Physiotherapists and Aine, our Senior Mental Health Practitioner, right here at the surgery.

Patients can book appointments directly to see Christine, Daryl and Aine. You don’t need to see a GP first.

Please see the attached for further information on how these highly specialised members of the team can help you.

⭐️ MenB Vaccination for young adults ⭐️

A targeted one-off Meningitis B vaccination programme has been introduced for eligible young people aged 17-18 and young adults under 25 attending University or a residential further education institution for the first time in Autumn 2026.

There will be a clinic on Friday 31st July at the surgery. Please phone reception to book an appointment.

🗒️ Online Prescription Ordering Update 🗒️

Thank you to all patients who are now set up and using the online repeat prescription ordering service.
Please considering signing up if you haven’t done so already.

A small number of patients have had a few niggles with the set up but these have been easily solved and once set up, patients have been delighted with how straightforward it is to order their prescriptions.

For patients who are unable to avail of this service, please remember that prescriptions can be ordered by phoning the surgery but ONLY between 10am and 11am each morning.

This is to ensure that our phone lines remain accessible for urgent calls to the practice.

As a surgery we are very proud of the fact that our phone lines are answered quickly by a member of our admin team. Please help us to maintain this high standard.

One week until repeat prescription ordering will move to the on-line system.

Please ensure you are set up to order prescriptions online.

For patients who genuinely cannot set up the online system, prescription requests will only be taken by phone from 10.00 - 11.00 daily.

🛜 Online Repeat Prescription Ordering 🛜

Thank you to all our patients who are using the online prescription service. It is operating very smoothly for those who have already registered. Using the online system will free up the surgery’s phone lines to help access for patients requiring appointments and advice.

If patients are having difficulties in registering for online services, there are step by step instruction videos available on our website -

There is also a clear step by step instruction leaflet available at reception. Please call in and ask our staff.

We would encourage all our patients who require repeat medications to register for online prescription ordering as soon as possible as we plan to use the online system ONLY from 1st June 2026.

For patients who genuinely cannot access the online services there will be provision for those patients to order repeat prescriptions by phone between 1000 - 1100 ONLY.

💫 STAFF TRAINING 💫

The Surgery will be closed from 12.30 tomorrow, Tuesday 10th March for staff training.

For urgent problems that cannot wait until the next morning the GP Out of Hours service will be available on 028 3839 9201.
