Perimenopause & Menopause can feel so scary, especially if you are struggling away on your own. This event is an opportunity for you to come along to a warm, positive space where you can learn techniques you can use on your journey. Share with others, connect with other women and make it all feel so much more manageable. We will learn specific yoga movement, breath, meditation & mental exercises that have scientific backing. Techniques I have been practicing myself, and have found so useful. We’ll share a cup of tea and some sweet treats too. Book yourself in and start to take control. DM or email [email protected]
