This Sunday coming (9th) I will be taking the class and I really hope you can join me 🧘🏻‍♀️

Yoga for Everyone is a community project where each class operates on a donation basis. You are welcome to contribute whatever feels comfortable for you—whether that’s £2, £10, or anything in between. Yoga mats are available for all, so just bring yourself 💛

Each session offers a gentle blend of yoga styles, pranayama (breathwork), and calming relaxation to help you unwind. It’s a beautiful opportunity to stretch your body, soothe your mind, and connect with others in a welcoming space 💛

Classes run every Sunday from 9:45–10:45am at The Howard Centre, Portland Road, Kilmarnock 💛

Everyone is welcome—no experience needed 💛

Join us in creating an inclusive, supportive community where yoga truly is for everyone 💛
