Sometimes advice and education we do as Sports Therapist aren’t the ones you learn in uni. They aren’t the most obvious. But it’s the stuff clients are missing the most.
Spending time doing the things that light them up. And during a period of injury and pain, that can feel impossible!
So taking things slow…easier said than done I get that! But little by little adding those things that make you feel like you back in to your routine will make it easier 🙌🏻
