First night back pitchside 🙌🏻

Feels like forever…it’s been like 3 weeks 😅

Fabulous first night with no injuries 🙌🏻 got the opportunity to watch some training after taking some of the warm up 💪🏼 picking up on how some of the boys move and identifying some potential weaknesses.

I’ve kicked things off with doing a bit of history check, to get on top of any pre existing injuries and put some preventative measures in place 🙌🏻

Testing will kick off with some basic strength, range of motion and of course a cheeky s**t test 🧠

Sometimes advice and education we do as Sports Therapist aren’t the ones you learn in uni. They aren’t the most obvious. But it’s the stuff clients are missing the most.

Spending time doing the things that light them up. And during a period of injury and pain, that can feel impossible!

So taking things slow…easier said than done I get that! But little by little adding those things that make you feel like you back in to your routine will make it easier 🙌🏻

Another solo trip for the baby sis 🥰🫶🏻🇨🇦

Making this year feels a bit different, maybe because she finally admitted that she’ll miss me. Does that mean we are friends?😂

She made a promise to herself and she stuck to it 🥹such a strong independent girlie 👏🏼

I hope she’s currently doing her calf raises in mid air and moving about where possible…she’s probably fast asleep 😅

If you are planning travel, no matter how far…don’t miss out your plane movement ✈️ got to keep that fluid moving! Plenty of water for hydration…(airport pints not included) 🍺

It would appear my win streak has ended 😭 and quite abruptly!

The weeks feel like they are flying by 🤯 just got to make the most of them!

This week was a little different…I was back in the pool 😭 🏊‍♀️ did not see that one coming 😅 but of course I had the best time!

Managed to squeeze in some food adventures, with the parents…Karen don’t be jealous 🙄 you are on the other side of the world!

Plenty of coffee was consumed ☕️ some people rely on it, I don’t 🙄😬

Lots of rehab was prepped and sent out - from ACL comebacks to hamstring massages…it was a busy week for business 🙌🏻 you see why I need coffee now?

Celebration for the survival of the last 6 months 😅 something big is coming 😍

But never mind that, the gym got new Nike plates…love that 😂

I’m finding my groove again, so eyes peeled for another episode of burnout 😅

Football pitchside has remained a staple in the weekly schedule…this still blows my mind! So grateful to those that made this happen 🥰

This was clearly the week of food 😅 maybe one too many sweet treats were consumed 🤭 jokes…the limit does not exist Never...

Never mind clients progressing…I found a 500ml can of Diet Coke 🤤 week 14 of 2026 and I feel like I’ve completed it *takes a bow*

The sunshine started to poke out so did the post work pints 😅 but only once of course…can’t be happening on the regular!

Took this week a bit slower and managed plenty of walking. Sometimes slower weeks are all you need 🥰
