I welcomed a new & my oldest client today, a lady of 85, who has been diagnosed with Polymyalgia Rheumatica and was SO stressed, anxious & angry that her body was riddled with pain and arthritis.
I couldn't prescribe Bermuda but I knew I'd helped her cope with her stress & pain when she spotted my "Three Wise Monkies" & recited See/Hear/Speak "NO STRESS" for each one 🫂
