There's been some beautiful sound bath sessions at Woodlakes Country Park cabin this past month. Thank you to all those who have attended.
These sessions are open to both on-site guests and the wider community.

I've been busy working getting the cabin ready for the shorter days and cooler months. With the venue now looking more cosy, and with the beautiful lighting around the park, even arriving here takes your mind off the everyday world, allowing you to really step into relaxation.

I have 3 more sessions for September,
Sunday 13th at 11am
Sunday 20th at 11am
Saturday 26th 11am

And my 1st Friday evening session on October 2nd.

With just 12 spaces available for each session, with everything provided, so you can simply arrive and relax.

Just 1 day to go, this coming Friday, an extended sound bath session at Wereham Village Hall, doors open 6:45pm , to start at 7:15pm.

Feeling frazzled, overwhelmed or simply love a sound bath, then come along and try an extended session. More time to unwind, more time to deeply relax and et go of the busyness of life, becoming more present in the body and mind.

If you find it hard to switch off those thoughts, the use of therapeutic sound, can really help. Switching off the analytical mind and stepping into the now.

Hosted by myself, and accompanied by Sue Coulson , you'll be guided and held with sound, both experienced facilitators.

Bring all that you need to be comfortable on a wooden floor for 2 hours. Some people bring recliner chairs, others bring mattresses or several yoga mats, plus cushions, and blankets.

With integration time afterwards inc a nourishing cup of hot chocolate.

If you’ve ever wished you could stay for longer in the space of my sound baths, then this has been created with you in mind.

Designed for those already familiar with sound baths, this extended experience offers more time to unwind and journey deeper with the power of sound.

- 20 minutes of gentle grounding
followed by 90 minute immersive sound bath

Then time for gentle integration & refreshments afterwards.

Using Alchemy Tone crystal singing bowls, tibetan bowls, gong, mantra and voice, drums, nature chimes, ocean drums and more, you'll experience the many layers and depths that an extended sound bath session can bring, giving you more time to settle into the deeply restorative healing brainwave state of theta.
I’m also delighted to be joined by Sue Coulson of Cosmic Classroom, bringing an extra layer of depth and intention to the evening.✨

Join Melissa for a peaceful Friday evening sound bath, held in the beautiful, serene space of The Grange Yoga Studio, purpose built for wellness with cosy underfloor heating.

As the evenings start to draw in, it’s the perfect time to make regular space to refill your cup and support your health and wellbeing and sound is a powerful way to do that.

Using Alchemy Tone crystal singing bowls, gong, drum, chimes and much more, allow your body to deeply relax, settling a busy mind and encouraging a wonderful feeling of calm and peace. ✨

August has been such a beautiful month at The Cabin Woodlakes Country Park✨
It’s been a joy to welcome so many wonderful people to sound baths - from the park and from our local and wider community. 💕
A huge thank you to Lisa and the lovely ladies from Downham Ladies Fitness for joining me. I love seeing local business's creating opportunities for connection and community beyond their usual space. This type of wellbeing is at the heart of what I do, and it’s been incredibly special to see people experience the benefits of sound together.

There’s something magical about arriving at Woodlakes… 🦙🌿
From the alpacas as you drive in, to walking through the park and seeing the beautiful lake, you can almost feel the busyness of everyday life begin to fall away.

If life has been feeling a lot lately, sound can offer a beautiful anchor point - a chance to slow down, ground yourself and reconnect.

We need these spaces. Places to rest, nurture and simply be. 🤍

I’m taking a little time away this weekend as my son heads off to university - a very exciting (and emotional!) milestone for us.

Nestled in the beautiful Norfolk countryside, Woodlakes is the setting for my relaxing and restorative sound bath sessions - in a cabin dedicated for sound baths and you don't need to be staying at Woodlakes to join us.

Whether you're coming from nearby or travelling a little further afield, why not turn your sound bath into a lovely Norfolk day out? 🌿

As you arrive at Woodlakes, you'll be greeted by the resident alpacas, beautiful lakes and peaceful countryside.

Sessions take place in a cabin, nestled amongst trees, with swans and geese for neighbours and opposite a lake.

It's a pretty special place to step away from the busyness of life and take time out for you.

Everything is provided, so all you need to do is arrive, get comfortable and relax.

Sessions are open to both Woodlakes guests and the wider Norfolk community.

With 12 spaces per session, the atmosphere is intimate and personal. Investment £32 per person for 90 minutes.

There are two on-site restaurants, Woodland Kitchen & Bar and Jack's at Woodlakes , both open to the public, making it easy to enjoy lunch, dinner or a drink before or after your session.

I'm Melissa, founder of The Sound Sanctuary Norfolk.
I've been hosting sound bath sessions across Norfolk for over four years and am professionally trained with the Sound Healing Academy. Alongside this, I've worked as a Women's Health Holistic Therapist for over 20 years.

This experience allows me to bring knowledge, care and an understanding of individual needs into every session I hold.
My intention is simple - to create a welcoming space where you can step away from the busyness of everyday life and give yourself permission to truly rest.

Sessions are suitable for those new to sound baths as well as welcoming those who have enjoyed them before.

I guide you through all you need to know, so you can lay back and relax. I use a variety of sound healing instruments inc Alchemy Tone Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Gong, Drums, Chimes and more.

Join me for a relaxing 60-minute sound bath in South Wootton, King's Lynn, at the beautiful Grange Studio - a peaceful space dedicated to wellbeing, with air conditioning for the warmer months.
Using a combination of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, gong and other sound healing instruments, you'll be gently guided through grounding practises, meditation and a deeply restorative sound bath.
