Read more about my story.....

I caught a a glimpse of myself in a family photo, I was shocked, guilty and ashamed at how I had let myself go. The alarm bells started ringing and I wanted to focus on me again. Yes I am a mom of two beautiful children but I am still me. My self confidence was at an all time low, I turned to food and drink to blot out the real problem, I was in denial. It was a n

ever ending spiral that resulted in this or that diet. I tried to disguise myself in clothes that were way too big. I swallowed my pride and made the first steps towards a new beginning after a friend recommended The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan and I have never looked back! Over three stone lost and a new lease of life. How this diet made me feel was the driving factor to becoming a consultant to help others acheive the same results. I know how hard it is to make the call for help as i've been in your shoes.

🌻 Hello August.

A new month, new opportunities, and 31 fresh days to make choices that help you feel your best.

You don't need a Monday, a new year, or the "perfect" time to begin. Just start where you are and keep moving forward. Small, consistent actions really do add up.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve your health, build confidence, or simply look after yourself a little more, August is a great time to reset and refocus.

Here's to a month of progress, positivity, and celebrating every win along the way. 💚✨

Behind every strong woman is herself... choosing to keep going. 🤍

And I'm a perimenopausal woman navigating life, trying to juggle work, family, hormones, emotions, and everything in between.

Some days, I feel unstoppable. Other days, I wonder where my motivation has gone. But one thing I never do is stop trying.

Strength isn't about having it all together. It's about showing up, even on the days you don't feel your best. It's about getting back up after every setback and choosing to keep moving forward.

So if today feels hard, remember this... you don't have to be perfect. You just have to keep going.

Behind every strong woman is herself, making that choice every single day. 💛

These are just a few of the supplements I've been taking since perimenopause came into my life last year... . And of course, the real MVPs... my golden HRT patches! 😅

Perimenopause has definitely tested me. Some days, I feel full of energy and motivation, and other days, it's a real struggle. But one thing I've promised myself is that I won't give up.

Progress isn't about being perfect—it's about showing up, even when it's hard. Life is a rollercoaster, and yes, sometimes I need to step off for a little while. The important thing is that I always get back on. 💪

To anyone else navigating this season of life... be kind to yourself, keep going, and remember that every small step still moves you forward. We've got this. ❤️

Happy Sunday, lovely people 🤍

We’re down at the caravan on our own for a few days, and although it’s been on and off rain, we still got out for a walk. On the way round, Paul and I were talking about how grateful we are for what we’ve built — and how much we want to make special memories here with all of our family.

The caravan is nearly as old as Tamarra (22 years) 😅 and it didn’t look like much at first — but we had a vision. We could see what it could become. Bit by bit, we turned it into our little home from home. A place for laughter, togetherness, and memory-making. It didn’t happen overnight… it happened because we saw it before we lived it.

So here’s your little Sunday reminder ✨

Visualise where you want to be......

✨️ See yourself healthier, happier, and more confident.
✨️ See the life you want.
Nothing just lands in your lap — you have to build it, work for it, and show up for it. Even when it feels scary.

💕 You’re the author of your own story.
Start with the vision, stay consistent, and watch what you create 💫

Much love, Michelle ❤️

To my “nude” — aka my husband Paul 🤍

I’m not about the gifts or the big gestures… I don’t need Valentine’s Day to tell you how much I love you. But here we are, on the day of love, and it feels right to say it anyway.

You’re my partner in crime, my rock (most of the time 😉), and the one who stands beside me as I navigate this challenging chapter of life.

We’ve had our fair share of ups and downs, but as a team we’ve worked through them. Neither of us is perfect — but we’ve built a family together and a home together, and we’ve always picked each other up when it’s mattered most.

I shout, you’re calm. I get stressed, you don’t. I worry, you don’t. But together, we’re adventurous… and that’s what makes us work.

This is our 20th Valentine’s Day together — and I’d choose you every single time. Here’s to the next 20 years and all the little moments in between ❤️

So I've finally got round to sampling the new Singapore noodles...... there is definitely a spice and kick to them 😋 lol great addition, and if you like spice, these are for you

Would highly recommend the therma flasks as you just add water, leave for about 10 minutes, and then they're ready to enjoy 😉 quick and easy!

Perimenopause is real — and I’ve lived it.

During that time, I said things and did things that I’ve had to hold my hands up to. I’ve owned them. I’ve taken responsibility. But when people continue to hold that period against you, it hurts — because that was a chapter of my life when I wasn’t fully in control of my body or my mind 💯
Does that make me a bad person?
A bad wife?
A bad mum?
Absolutely not.

I didn’t sit back and accept suffering as my story. I fought for the help I needed. I kept pushing, even when it was hard, even when I felt unseen. Because your body is your home — your only one — and you have a responsibility to look after it, physically and mentally ❤️

What people need more of is empathy. Less judgement. Throwing someone’s hardest moments back in their face can cut deeper than you realise. Because even when someone looks strong, even when they’re “coping”… they still have feelings.

The reason I’m sharing this is simple:
If you’re struggling with perimenopause right now, please reach out. Talk. Ask for help.

You are not weak — and you do not have to suffer alone 🤍 there's no shame ❤️

If you look at these two photos, you’d probably think they’re the same. Physically, yes.
But emotionally, they couldn’t be more different 😪

The photo on the left still haunts me. Around October 2024, I started to change — bloating, mood swings, night sweats, and brain fog. But the biggest thing it stole was my confidence. I became anxious, scared to post, scared to speak, scared to be seen 😳

Back in 2018, I used The Cambridge Weight Plan (now The 1:1 Diet) — and I will shout this from the rooftops: it was the best weight-loss tool I ever used. That was the time I truly succeeded and kept the weight off. I still swear with all my heart it’s the best meal replacement plan out there ❤️
But I also believe this deeply — one size does not fit all. We do what works for us 💯

The noise online got loud — injections, calorie counting — and I questioned everything about myself. My mood dropped lower than I ever expected, and it scared me.

After over 12 months of trying, I finally got help and started HRT patches. I’m not perfect now — but I’m better. My moods are steadier, I cope with the night sweats, and the bleeding has mostly stopped. Most importantly, I’m in a better place mentally and physically 🙏
I now weight train, do resistance work, add cardio, manage my eating — and yes… I’m still here, still showing up, still seeing my slimmers 💛

I had a brave mask for a long time.
But the woman on the right is 10 times stronger than the one on the left — and I’m proud of her 👏 that's ME! ❤️

Right… I’ve finally jumped on the viral bandwagon 😅🍰
Biscoff cheesecake style!

I used a protein vanilla pot, crushed a couple of their caramelised biscuits on top, and left it overnight (you can leave it a few hours… I’ll be honest, I forgot about it 🙈).

✨ The one I’ve just had:
• 22g protein
• 174 calories for the yoghurt pot
• 37 calories per biscuit (I had 3️⃣)

👉 You can add fewer biscuits if you want to keep calories lower.

The one I had yesterday was actually smaller but higher in calories and lower in protein, so this felt like a win 🏆

OMG it’s so good 🤍

Also, this is great for anyone on step 3 and above on the and any other weight loss program......

Give it a go, and let me know your thoughts!
