A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful women who joined me and helped make this day so special. It was such a gift to come together, connect, slow down, and celebrate the energy of the solstice in such a beautiful way.

From deeply restorative sound healing and guided meditation, to our sacred rose ceremony, every moment felt meaningful and nourishing. We enjoyed delicious food, created our own organic exfoliating scrubs, and embraced the contrast of the sauna and cold plunge experience, leaving us feeling refreshed, grounded, and renewed.

The day was filled with connection, laughter, reflection, and so much positive energy. I feel incredibly grateful to have shared this experience with such an amazing group of women.

Thank you all for bringing your openness, warmth, and beautiful energy. My heart is so full, and I’m already looking forward to the next gathering.🌹
