Nisha will transform the sauna into an aromatic sanctuary using seasonal botanicals, natural healing ingredients, and restorative heat to evoke the feeling of an English midsummer — fragrant hedgerows, sun-warmed herbs, barefoot evenings, and the softness of twilight after a hot day.

Expect waves of fragrant steam, deep exhalations, glowing skin, and a chance to reconnect with yourself through heat, aroma, and ritual.

It’s been two years since we were deep in the sauna build, working in the barn every evening after work, pouring so much time, love and energy into every piece of wood. We hope you can feel it when you come for a sweat!

The sauna will be hot and the cold plunge cold - we’ve got the only filtered/chilled cold plunge around to make sure you’re able to cool off properly and really benefit from contrast therapy!

🔥🌚 BELTANE & THE FLOWER MOON 🌚🔥

This Beltane we welcome back Sian .holistic to guide you through another of her rituals. A pagan festival of fire, celebrating the beginning of summer and all that summer brings. A particularly special Beltane ritual under the flower moon encouraging you to focus on whats important. The ritual will awaken the senses with multi-sensory inputs of all kinds from whisks to herbal infusions, from oils to face clays. Welcome in the summer by booking yourself in for a well deserved ceremony of flame.

Merry Christmas from us at Sunnd!

We hope everyone has had beautiful days offline and spending time with family or friends.
We’re open on the 27th and 28th and then again on New Years Eve and New Year’s Day to allow a peaceful and gentle reset of body and mind before the start of 2026.
