Really proud to be sponsoring the TTNC U14s this season 🏐💙

Having been part of TTNC myself since I was 11 and having coached within the club too, it means a lot to be able to give something back and support the next generation of players.

I’m delighted to be sponsoring the girls’ dresses this season and to see them representing the club in both regional and local leagues. They’re a brilliant group of young athletes and I’m excited to see what they can achieve this season!

Alongside the sponsorship, I’m also lucky enough to provide sports therapy across the club, so being able to support the players both on and off court is something I’m really proud of.

From pain and instability to confidently stepping back onto court. 💪🏐

This athlete came to see me after struggling with recurring ankle and knee pain.

Over the last few months we’ve focused on building strength, improving stability, and developing the confidence needed to move well again.

This session was all about return to play testing – assessing how the body performs under the demands of netball before progressing back into court-based training.

At Libby Hill Sports Therapy, we use targeted testing to ensure we are making informed decisions, reducing the risk of re-injury, and allowing athletes to return stronger, not just sooner.

The results seen in these tests are a reflection of the consistency, commitment and effort this athlete has put in every single week. 👏

It was a privilege to support these athletes in my role as Team Manager throughout the NPL competition. Working alongside the coaching staff and being a part of such a talented group of athletes in a high-performance environment made for a fantastic weekend.

What a weekend! 🙌

It was a privilege to be part of the England Netball Masters Festival in Brighton, celebrating 100 years of 🏐💙

Across the weekend, I had the opportunity to support the incredible team of umpires , helping them recover and perform throughout a long, hot weekend of matches.

From sports massage and taping to injury management and recovery support, it was so rewarding to play a part in keeping them on court and doing what they do best.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in organising such a fantastic event. The atmosphere, sense of community and celebration of the sport made it a truly memorable weekend, and it was great to meet so many passionate people from across the netball family.

Thank you to the umpires for trusting me with your care!

Here’s to another 100 years of netball. 💙

Had a great session with U14s this weekend looking at recovery and the importance of cool downs.

Helping young athletes understand why recovery matters can support:

The group brought great energy and asked some brilliant questions throughout.

Recovery is often overlooked, but learning good habits early can make a huge difference.
