Woah what amazingly beautiful words! Thank you so much🫶✨️✨️✨️✨️
It also shows that you don't have to be spiritual to get something from a cacao ceremony... Just come with an open mind and kind thoughts🤎🤎🤎

I’ve known Tracy for around seven years as my neighbour, and she is genuinely one of the warmest, kindest and most caring people I’ve ever met. Over the years I’ve watched her grow through her own spiritual journey, although she’s always had a deeper connection to nature and the world around her than anyone I’ve known.
When I finally was available to attend one of her cacao ceremonies, I came with an open mind and an open heart. I’m not someone who would describe myself as particularly spiritual, and I’ve never really explored spirituality before, so I went in without any expectations, armed with a bottle of water, a cosy blanket, a couple of pillows and a notebook that I wasn’t entirely convinced I’d need.
From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. I know the venue well and have attended various events there over the years, but Tracy had transformed the space into something that felt warm, peaceful, welcoming and incredibly safe. The atmosphere was unlike anything I’ve experienced before.
Although everyone attending was a stranger to me, apart from Tracy, the group felt wonderfully inclusive. There was a genuine sense of openness, kindness and acceptance that made it easy to relax and fully immerse myself in the experience.
Tracy guided the ceremony beautifully. Her knowledge, passion and authenticity shine through in everything she does, and she has a remarkable ability to make everyone feel seen, supported and comfortable. The entire experience felt personal and heartfelt rather than scripted or performative.
The cacao itself was delicious, rich, luxurious and full-bodied, similar to high-quality dark chocolate, but without the processed taste.
Throughout the ceremony we took part in chanting, singing, meditation and healing. The chanting and singing became surprisingly immersive and created a real sense of connection within the group. The guided meditation brought some unexpected insight for me, and I found myself reaching for the notebook. By the end, I’d filled pages with thoughts, messages, reflections and experiences that surfaced during the meditation. It brought up some interesting parts of my past but with a new angle I’d never considered, it helped me see clearly where I was stuck and headed and gave me some interesting messages to consider too - and this is not a statement I thought I’d be writing as I’d never experienced meditation before. The healing element was also far more powerful than I had anticipated.
The dancing at the end was the perfect way to finish the experience. It helped shake off the deep meditative state, brought everyone back into the moment and felt incredibly cathartic and uplifting.
What has surprised me most was the impact the ceremony had after it was over. Since attending, I’ve felt more motivated, empowered and confident. I’ve made progress towards some long-term goals that I had been struggling with for quite some time, and I feel more connected to my intuition and trust in myself and the end goal, without fixating too much about delays along the way.
I genuinely enjoyed every aspect of the ceremony, and Tracy is phenomenal at holding the space and guiding people through each stage of the journey.
If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply curious, I would wholeheartedly recommend giving one of Tracy’s ceremonies a try. I believe everyone will take something different from the experience, but I have no doubt that you’ll leave with something valuable.
