I have no energy today 😨
The recent news of finding out that the local authority plan to adopt our 4 month old son , just mentally drains me at times 😭
Talking about it helps me to process everything that is going on & i still can’t fathom how my mental health is still stable🤔

Also snuggles with my dachshund daisy helps so much , she helps me through the most painful feelings 🐾
