Good Day therapy Services was founded by two Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists with the intention of offering high quality evidence based psychotherapy to the people of Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. All the Therapists at Good Day therapy have extensive experience of delivering a range of time limited NICE recommended talking therapies using traditional one to one sessions and where possible new and innovative deliver methods.
