Our Board of Directors met recently for our Annual General Meeting, where they considered items such as our Annual Governance Report, and Committee Annual Reports, whilst also approving our annual audit and financial accounts.

John Glenton, Chair of the Board reflected on the positive outcomes of the last 12 months for the association, including our G1/V1/C1 Regulatory inspection outcome and continued progress on our new homes development programme.

The Board expressed thanks to the Executive and Staff team for the incredibly successful 2025/26 and agreed the areas of continued focus for the Board and association in 2026/27.

This was followed by our Board meeting which had a presentation from the Resident Led Scrutiny Panel on their review of our Out of Hours service and the Board also received a presentation on the new IT Strategy, alongside our usual standing item reports.

We are looking for bungalow residents who are passionate about the environment and in making the best use of energy to join us!

We want to make sure we have the best and most effective heating systems in our properties and need like-minded people to support us on a journey to a greener future, you could be testing Infra-red heating, or new air source pumps and sharing your feedback. Please contact us if you would like to make a difference for the planet too!

We are now collaborating with a group of residents to test various heating sources, helping us evaluate our retrofit strategy for 2025/26.
