Not sure how accurate this is 😂😂 but one thing I have found with weight training that my work stamina is much better than it used to be and I have less aching muscles after a full day of massaging.

I see a lot of skin in my job particularly my clients backs. Of course none of us have eyes on the back of our heads so it’s not so easy to spot anything unusual there. So I thought it would be a good idea to educate myself on spotting something that could potentially be melanoma or skin cancer. Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the UK. 1 in 4 men/1 in 5 women will develop skin cancer in their lifetime. Early detection is key! Let me know, would you appreciate it if a therapist commented on something they spotted and suggested a trip to your GP??

As you all might have noticed. I’m really bad at posting on my Insta and FB.
But just updating new skills I’ve been acquiring over the last couple of years. This is a course I did in October ‘22. Loved every minute of it. Met some amazing therapists from around the world and found some new skills that i use in all my reflexology treatments. I’m very grateful to those therapists who are very generous in sharing their insights and skills to help us grow in knowledge, confidence and abilities. Much love ❤️
