Four Tuesday evenings with hazy lighting, healing smokes and healing vibrations. The kind of sound and ceremony that lets you land fully. Some nights will carry drum or voice, others will be quiet and held. Every session is an invitation to find space, breathe and move in a way that your body craves.

🤎Ascend – YIN - Sink into bolsters, blankets and soft light for long, luxurious holds that melt tension you didn't know you were carrying.
