💚 150 visits. 21 cm gone. 3 years younger metabolic age.

A year ago, Tori decided to stop waiting for “the right time” and simply started showing up.

Fast forward 150 visits… and the results speak for themselves:

✨ 21 cm off her waist
✨ Metabolic age reduced by 3 years
✨ More energy
✨ Feeling better in herself
✨ A completely different relationship with her everyday habits

And we had to laugh…

Because if Tori hadn’t walked through our doors, she might still be on the sofa, watching Netflix and reaching for the snacks! 😂 Ps. Now she still do, but healthier and slimmer!

But seriously — 150 visits didn’t happen overnight.

They happened one morning, one choice and one small step at a time.
