My first to the main Mokoko in Bristol this. Have visited the Bath shop but it so good to see behind the scenes.
Their pastries are sublime and their bakery was well organised and so clean. Will be back here for sure, I need another Cheese & Ham Croissant which is a must have!!

Summer night and pizza. 4 hr proof, 40% strong bread flour, 40% “00” and 20% semolina.
Spice is my thing with pizza so spicy pepperoni, a bit of Nduja and Peperoncino and Piquante Peppers. After baking drizzled with hot honey and chilli oil.
