My next RADIANCE RESET WORKSHOP - coming this Autumn ✨✨✨

Maybe you don’t need to change your face.
Maybe you just need to come back to yourself.
A moment for YOU!

To the woman who’s been pouring into everyone else…
Who looks in the mirror and doesn’t quite recognise herself anymore.

Who feels tired, tense, puffy or disconnected from her body.

Who misses feeling confident, radiant and completely at home in her own skin.

This is for you 🤎

A few precious hours to put yourself first.
To soften.
To release the tension you’ve been carrying.
To reconnect with your body.
To breathe deeply.
To feel held, nourished and cared for.
And to leave feeling lighter, brighter, more relaxed and more confident in the woman looking back at you in the mirror.

This isn’t about chasing perfection or changing who you are.
It’s about remembering how good it feels to feel good in your own skin.

To radiate from the inside out ✨

I had the absolute pleasure of facilitating a Mindfulness & Nervous System Regulation Workshop for the sixth form students at Hornsea School this morning.

I think it’s so important that the younger generation are given the tools to understand and regulate their emotions, especially in the world they’re growing up in today, constantly surrounded by comparison, social validation, anxiety, and digital consumption.

These are skills I wish we were all taught from a young age, and I’d love to see more schools prioritising this kind of mental health and nervous system awareness.

Thank you so much Hornsea School & Language College for organising this event and inviting me to share at your Freshers Day! It was such a pleasure to spend the morning with your teachers and students ✨

In our busy lives, it’s so easy to get caught up in work, life, goals, seeing friends, endless to-do lists and trying to hold onto a version of ourselves we once were.

But motherhood, and especially becoming a mum for the second time, has changed me once again.

Forever growing.
Forever evolving.
Forever learning.

Becoming a mother is the ultimate rebirth. An opportunity to shed old versions of ourselves and discover who we are becoming.

We aren’t supposed to come out of motherhood the same person who went into it.

We aren’t the same. We are changed.

And maybe instead of constantly trying to find our way back to who we were, and control the chaos, we should give ourselves permission to embrace who we are becoming, and surrender to the journey.

So this is your reminder to give yourself a little grace. To stop putting pressure on yourself to be the woman you once were, and to embrace the woman you are now.

I love the person I am, and I love the person I’m becoming 🤍

I am not your typical homeschool mum.

But… what actually is a “typical” homeschool mum?

Before having children, I thought there was a certain type of person who chose to keep their kids out of the school system. If I’m honest, I thought these mums were controlling and didn’t know how to let their children have freedoms.

Now I feel the complete opposite.

For me, home education feels like freedom. It’s following my children’s lead, letting go of control and embracing the messy, unstructured days.

This week, as children returned to school, my eldest would have been starting Year 1. A crazy thought considering he’s only just turned 5 a few weeks back.

I completely understand why people choose school. Being with your children 24/7 without a village is HARD, and there have been plenty of times I’ve thought about sending mine too.

Heck, I know my life would probably be easier if I did.

But this isn’t about judging anyone else’s choices. This is simply what feels right for our family, for now.

I’ve learnt that there are SO many different ways to home educate. I’m not particularly organised, I don’t have a strict routine and I’m definitely a go-with-the-flow kind of mum.

Our days are reading, outdoor play, friends, crafts, baking, projects, adventures, travel and following whatever sparks my child’s curiosity.

And I’m learning that home education is a huge game of trust.

Trusting their natural desire to learn. Trusting that learning doesn’t always have to be structured or forced. Creating the environment, providing the opportunities… and then letting go of the reins.

What a privilege it is to be my children’s guide!!

Here’s to another year of this home ed adventure.
And big love to everyone whose children are starting school this week, and to all the families choosing to stay home.
I hope your children thrive however their education looks ♥️

Motherhood asks so much of us.
Becoming a mother for the second time has changed me in so many ways. But this time around, more than ever, I’ve found myself learning that two feelings can exist at the same time.

“I can adore being a mum and still miss the woman I was before motherhood.”

I am so deeply in love with my life and my children. I love co-sleeping, breastfeeding, baby wearing, home educating and attachment parenting. I wouldn’t change the life we’ve created.

BUT, I’m also learning that loving motherhood doesn’t mean I have to disappear inside it.

I still have needs. I still need space, rest, connection, creativity and time that belongs to me. And sometimes making space for those things can feel incredibly difficult and even bring up guilt. But needing to be nurtured too isn’t selfish. It’s a basic human need.

I’m learning that when I take care of myself, I can show up for my children in ways I simply can’t when I’m depleted, overwhelmed and overstimulated.

And perhaps the biggest lesson this time around?
Asking for help comes so much more easily to me the second time. I don’t need to do it all alone.

So if you’re a mum who absolutely adores her children, but sometimes craves a little space to breathe, to be yourself, or simply to have nobody need anything from you for a while…

I see you.

You’re not ungrateful.
You’re not a bad mum.
You’re human.
You’re allowed to love your children deeply and still make room for yourself.

Share this with a mum who needs the reminder 🤍

With the darker nights drawing in, I’m so excited to be bringing back my cosy candlelit evening sound baths ✨

Every other Thursday at Pause Yoga Studio | Hull
& once a month on a Sunday at Karinya Yoga Studio | Beverley

These sessions really are the dreamiest way to slow down, switch off and come back to yourself.

Some of my clients have been coming for 3 years now, and I’ve heard so many beautiful stories of deeper sleep, improved energy and focus, reduced anxiety and a stronger connection to themselves and their purpose.

I’m so deeply grateful for this practice, the people it has connected me with, and all the opportunities it has brought into my life.

My next sound bath is Sunday 13th September at 7pm, and I currently have spaces available 🫶🏼

Comment ZEN and I’ll send the booking link straight over to you.

I’m back from London after the most incredible few days training with at the

This academy has taught me so much and I’ve met the most wonderful women!

I got to deepen my knowledge on Lymphatic Drainage, and learn how to lift and sculpt the face naturally with MLD, hands on sculpting techniques, advanced Gua Sha, and Buccal (oral) massage.

These treatments not only make the skin appear more youthful and healthy, but it also releases tension in the fascia and muscles. This in itself makes your face, head, and neck feel lighter and gives you a natural glow - releasing any stagnation and stress.

I cannot wait to develop these techniques further (adding my own sound healing touch) and bring this bespoke therapy to my community 😍

Huge appreciation for who supports me in EVERYTHING I do. I’m exclusively breastfeeding, so he and our boys had to come along for the ride. This meant staying close by the studio and bringing Rudy to me as and when needed for cuddles and feeds.

I was able to relax and settle into the training knowing that my babies were close by and well looked after by their daddy. I honestly couldn’t do half the stuff I do without this man by my side cheering me on!!

We finished our trip with a full day roaming about Central London. We explored the Natural History Museum, saw Big Ben, ate yummy pasta, tried ALL the ice cream, and caught up with good friends. Feeling very lucky ♥️

Keep an eye out for more about these skincare treatments soon… love Jess x

Did you know you burn an extra 400–500 calories a day when exclusively breastfeeding? 🤯

I’m all about eating well, but I’ll be honest… there have definitely been times I’ve reached for quick, j***y snacks just to take the edge off the hunger and get that instant energy boost.

The problem is, they’re not really giving me (or my baby) anything nutritious.

I recently discovered and I’m officially hooked 😍 Everything is certified organic, made with 100% natural ingredients, and there are no hidden nasties. They’re delivered straight to your door, last up to 6 months in the freezer (or about a week in the fridge), and are so easy to grab on the go.

The biggest win? I actually feel like I’m balancing my energy and blood sugar, and fuelling my body with food it recognises - rather than quick sugar fixes that leave me crashing shortly after.

The only downside… they don’t last long in this house because everyone wants them 🤣

If you fancy supporting a small business doing amazing things AND want some of the most beautiful (and delicious) healthy snacks, check out the link in my bio 💛
