Our residents had a wonderful time welcoming the amazing ZooLab team to Ashton Meadows for a hands-on animal experience!

Everyone enjoyed meeting a variety of fascinating creatures, learning interesting facts about each animal, and, for those who wished, getting up close with some of the reptiles and invertebrates. The visit sparked lots of smiles, laughter, conversation, and happy memories, making it a truly enjoyable afternoon for everyone involved.

What an incredible day celebrating Ashton Meadows Nursing Home’s 2nd Birthday! 🎉

Our anniversary celebration brought together our wonderful residents, dedicated staff, families, and friends for a fantastic summer gathering filled with delicious food, great music, laughter, and wonderful company.

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing team for all your hard work and dedication in making the day so special. To our residents and their families, thank you for being at the heart of everything we do and for sharing this memorable milestone with us.

A very special thank you to Groves Pharmacy, Bidfood, Curalink, Brakes, The Real Butchers, and our wonderful families for their generous sponsorship of prizes for our lucky draw. Your kindness and support helped make our celebration even more memorable, and we are truly grateful for your generosity.

As part of Ashton Meadows Nursing Home’s 2nd Birthday celebrations, we were delighted to support a cause that is close to our hearts.

It was a pleasure to welcome Rob Aldous, Director of Kingston Hospital Charity, who joined us to receive a donation on behalf of the charity. We are proud to contribute to the incredible work the charity does in supporting patients, families, and staff at Kingston Hospital.

Giving back to our local community is an important part of who we are, and we are honoured to support such a worthy cause.

Today, we proudly celebrated Ashton Meadows Nursing Home’s 2nd Anniversary with a beautiful summer barbecue, bringing together our wonderful residents, families, staff, and friends for a day filled with laughter, great food, and cherished memories.

We were truly honoured to welcome Mayor Thay Thayalan, Mayoress Lata Thayalan, and Sarah Olney MP for Richmond, whose presence made our celebration even more special. Thank you for taking the time to join us and celebrate this important milestone with our Ashton Meadows family.

As we mark two incredible years, we reflect on the care, compassion, and community that make Ashton Meadows such a special place to call home. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported us on this journey. Here’s to many more years of creating happy memories together!

Every week, our wonderful friend Sam visits Ashton Meadows Nursing Home for Pet Therapy Day, and our residents always look forward to seeing him. 🐶

From gentle cuddles to happy smiles and wonderful conversations, Sam has a special way of brightening everyone’s day. It’s amazing how one furry friend can bring so much comfort, laughter, and love.
