🌱🧘‍♀️❤️ An oasis of calm and tranquility awaits you within this beautiful historic 19th-century building constructed in 1869 in Cheam Village.

✨️ Come on your own or bring a friend, to one of our small group Sound Bath Sessions, combined with gentle Reiki energy, to help deepen relaxation, calm the nervous system, and strengthen the connection of Mind-Body-Spirit.

🧘‍♀️ We start with a short meditation followed by our immersive sound bath experience, where gongs, crystal bowls, drums, and chimes are all played in harmony.
🧘‍♀️ Leave feeling rested, grounded and at ease.

🌱 We start with a short meditation were you
