New term starts Thursday 7th September!!
APPI modified clinical Pilates classes taught by a qualified physiotherapist/Pilates teacher.
Classes are all mixed ability with exercises that can be adapted to meet individual need/ability.
Inclusive, relaxed and friendly!
All welcome!!

Classes run at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm each week (during term time), are supported by live zoom steaming (if you want to exercise at home) and recorded (so never miss a class again).
