A wonderful friend of ICPC Health has made this beautiful quilt to help raise money for ShelterBox. This is an amazing charity who coordinate and provide disaster relief around the world, wherever it is needed.

The quilt is a work of art, vibrant, 100% cotton, 76in x 76 in, the pattern is log cabin. It is called Reflections of Rotary 🔵🟡 Shelterbox was started by a Rotary club 25 years ago.

Counselling sessions are all about YOU! It’s up to you when you come, how often, how long for. One thing that happens is that clients move on. This is great for them as they feel they can manage without regular sessions anymore. Due to some clients moving on and opening up more spaces I now have a few slots available. We always start with a free discovery call first to make sure we are a good fit. My sessions are priced at £50 online or from the Listening Shed and £60 from ICPC health. I’ve recently introduced earlier morning slots on a Monday and a Thursday which may be suitable for those who would like a session before work.
