Breathe Yoga

Breathe Yoga I decided to study intensely at The Ashok tree Ashram in Tiruvanamali in order to totally immerse myself in the full Yoga experience.

Having felt the many physical, emotional and psychological benefits of practicing various styles of yoga since starting attending classes in 2000, I was inspired to share my love of Yoga. I have had several amazing inspirational teachers over the years; Jackie Neglia, Beth Croft, Leanne Jones and most recently Yogi Ashokananda with whom I completed my PKY teacher training. It was probably, No defi

nitely! the most challenging time of my life so far. At times it felt like torture and I thought perhaps I had inadvertently joined the army but in retrospect it was a necessary journey in order for me to appreciate the real depth of Yoga and actually begin to understand the magic of it. My desire and hope is now to share that magic and to continue to learn and develop.
