Had 2 amazing visits today from Joona Vainio and Michael Drabek. Came in for a great chat and some gentle soft tissue work to keep them fit on the Ice.
Always great to welcome the Fife Flyers players to the clinic whether it’s to chat or like today minor remedial work. Shouldn’t be long until our remedial rehab room is finished closely followed by our full digital gait analysis suite, The most advanced setup in Fife without costing the earth to get fit and stay fit.

Reception internet seems to be back on now, it’s been down since Saturday and we had to buy an emergency 5G box to get back online as the fibre is still down. TalkTalk say there is no issue with them it’s out internal WiFi. Connected the 5G box to our WiFi and low and behold out WiFi works perfectly and it IS THEIR PROBLEM NOT OURS 🤬🤬🤬

We have signed up to BT and it goes live next Monday so we hope the 5G box does us till then. Please be patient whilst we migrate to a proper fibre internet setup from BT. It’s no wonder TalkTalk have gone into receivership, 5 days down and can’t speak to a human so no faults can be chased up and fixed, they just pass the blame onto the customer. Awful service from them, didn’t care we couldn’t to chat to a human just an Ai system that says reset router (we don’t have a router as it’s fibre to the home)

Reception has lost internet connection, it’s been down 18 hours so far with no sign of it returning, we are working on this so no changes to the diary can be done or times checked.
Please email us and when we are back in clinic we can try and sort anything between patients.

40 laps 40 minutes
Before during and after then a shot or two trying to look not exhausted and ready for more 😂
And all the kit that will be worn during the session.
Training going well but hitting the wall at 40 laps 🤕
Much harder than I expected, heat is the biggest issue sapping my energy. Hopefully as months go on the rink will get colder and help with the cooking issue 🥵🔥
