My lunchtime feast of food ❤️

Slightly different content from me but I feel I'm heading in a new direction which includes food and health for wellness, particularly as we age.

For info:
I've been a non-meat eater for most of my adult life .. roughly 43 years. I stopped eating fish and eggs around 3 years ago.

My main source of dairy is occasionally cheese as I've been lactose intolerant for around 25 years. Dairy creates mucus in the body so a lot isn't good for you.

Following a tolerance test 18 months ago, I discovered I have a wheat intolerance amongst other random food items like red grapes.

My food intake is mostly veg and high protein and fibre foods eg beans, pulses, nuts and seeds.

Do I go off track? Absolutely, fortunately I listen to my gut and my body and bring myself back into balance. Am I an expert? Absolutely not, this is based on my experience from managing my own health.
