I want to have a good daily practice of movement and meditation to keep my body healthy and balanced. What I’ve struggled with is keeping the motivation to do long daily practices.
I start strong, but as my life is busy with children and work and my natural cycles ebb and flow, the motivation to stick with one daily practice reduces.
What I’ve learned over the years is to tune into my daily mood and needs. What worked for me last week is unlikely to work for me every week.
This is why I have created Ocean Flow Pathways.
⭐️ Pathway 1 has short relaxing videos (yoga nidra, breathwork, meditation, gentle movement) perfect for when you’re feeling stressed and overwhelmed
⭐️ Pathway 2 has short invigorating videos (Energetic movement, meditation and breathwork) to give you a quick boost of energy
⭐️ Pathway 3 has longer yoga sequences and meditations for days when you have more time and really want to get into your body. You could choose to do the same yoga sequence for a week if it worked for you
⭐️ Pathway 4 has more challenging sequences, breath work and meditations for days when you’d like to try something a little harder.
You can move between the pathways based on how you are feeling each day. You can add videos from different pathways together to create a balanced program or you can choose a complete yoga sequence and stick with it for 40 days if you want to work on discipline. The program is there for you to use in whatever works best for you right now.
