🩵 PERSONAL POST TODAY 🩵 🧩

As a parent, life is full of busy days, responsibilities. This got me thinking about how important it is to make time for ourselves. We all carry stress, tension, and the demands of everyday life, and sometimes the best thing we can do is take an hour to switch off, breathe, and relax 🩵 💆🏼‍♀️

So Today was a special day to me, I got a tattoo that means so much to me which is a tribute to my son Filip. 🧩 Big thank you to Mike at Angry Dad’s Tattoo Company for this lovely personalised piece! Welcome environment, great atmosphere and great artist! Definitely recommend and I will be back for more!

At Wellness & Relaks, that’s exactly what I aim to provide which is a peaceful space where you can leave your worries at the door and focus on you for a while. 💆🏼‍♀️🌿
