A little personal announcement
 I’m getting MARRIED! đŸ„‚â€ïž

I’ll be taking a week off from sports massage treatments to celebrate, enjoy some quality time with family and friends, and soak up every moment of the big day.

Back to work after a weekend of questionable decisions

Apparently wearing a wedding dress wasn’t enough preparation for the big day, but it definitely gave the lads a laugh.

After a brilliant birthday and stag weekend, I’m back in the clinic this week and ready to get you moving pain-free again.

If your body feels worse than my dignity did on Sunday morning, get booked in. 😅

Next stop.... Burghley Multisport Weekend - another 10k in the locker (hopefully).

But first...

No one talks about the in-between bits — the tight calves, the heavy legs, the “why did I sign up for this?” moments 😅

This is exactly where maintenance massage comes in.

 if you’ve got muscles, you qualify.
