Great rates of pay:
• Senior Care Assistants – £16.12/hr

A huge congratulations to our July CSG Employees of the Month chosen through votes from staff, clients, and management. The standard across the team has been incredibly high, and these three have truly stood out this month 💜

🥇 1st Place – Abigail D
Recognised for her commitment to her one‑to‑one client, her flexibility over the last few months, and her willingness to pick up extra calls. Abigail’s dedication and reliability have really shone through.

🥈 2nd Place – Lily
Awarded for her recent dedication, consistently going above and beyond for all her clients, noticing what others might miss, and showing fantastic potential. Lily’s willingness and enthusiasm make a real difference.

🥉 3rd Place – Clare H
This is Clare’s second time receiving Employee of the Month since April. She continues to impress with her positive attitude, cheerful nature, and her ability to just get on with it. Clare’s consistency and happiness lift the whole team.

💛💜Friday Staff Appreciation💜 💛

Over the last few weekends, our North Yorkshire team has truly gone above and beyond. Despite staffing pressures, everyone pulled together to make sure all clients were covered and cared for, with over 90% of the branch out on care at one point. That level of commitment is something to be incredibly proud of.

Rebecca, our Branch Manager, was genuinely moved by the effort and teamwork shown. She wanted to give a little extra appreciation, so she put together personalised treats and handwritten cards for our carers and seniors a small thank‑you for the huge difference you’ve made.

Thank you for your hard work, your resilience, and your dedication to delivering safe, compassionate care. You are all appreciated more than you know. 💛💜

💜💛 Weather Update from The Care and Support Group – North Yorkshire 💛💜

It was another warm day in Harrogate yesterday, and it looks like the sunshine will be sticking around for the next few days too. With the heat continuing, our focus, as always, is on keeping everyone we support comfortable, safe and well‑looked‑after.

To everyone we care for:
Our carers will be checking in, making sure you’re staying cool, drinking plenty of water, and feeling settled throughout the day. Whether it’s opening windows for a breeze, closing curtains to keep rooms shaded, or simply offering a friendly chat, we’re here to make the warm weather that bit easier.

To our amazing carers:
We know warm days can be tiring, so our team have been reminded to wear cool, comfortable clothing while still remaining professional and of course, always wearing their CSG ID. Even in the heat, you continue to bring kindness, patience and resilience to every visit, and it never goes unnoticed.

Whatever the weather brings over the next few days, you can count on us. 🐝

At CSG, we see every day how a father’s love and guidance shape lives, inspire strength, and bring comfort to those around them.

To the fathers who share their stories, the grandads who make us laugh, and the carers who bring warmth and compassion to every moment thank you for reminding us what care truly means.
