This September, the team at Springfield are coming together for a month-long fundraising push in support of the Spinal Injuries Association !

Every single day, people sustain spinal cord injuries that change their lives in an instant. The work of the SIA ensures that these people don't have to take on this journey alone, providing vital advocacy, support, and hope to the injured individual and their families.

To help support SIA continue their amazing work, our amazing staff will be running, walking and cycling throughout September. Our team will be testing themselves and aiming to cover as much distance as they can during the month.

Every step counts and will make a huge difference to supporting the SIA's amazing work.

Whether it's 20p or £20, each donation will inspire our team and help support the vital work of the Spinal Injuries Association.

There is nothing quite like a day out at the aquarium to spark joy and curiosity! 🐠

During the school holidays, Emily receives 2-1 support from our wonderful team. Recently, carer Zoe took Emily on a fantastic day trip to The Deep in Hull for a day filled with exploration and sensory fun.

Emily absolutely loves being out in the community, watching the world by, and engaging activities that make her smile. The Deep was the perfect environment to keep Emily busy and allow her to thrive.

"Visiting Emily is a breath of fresh air," says Zoe. "Emily loves to watch the world go by and getting involved with anything sensory based. She loves to keep busy, and going to The Deep definitely helped with our love for people watching!"

We are so proud to have carers like Zoe who go above and beyond to ensure the individuals we support have fulfilling, fun-filled experiences during their school holidays. 🩵
