Gorgeous autumn walk this afternoon 🍂 Thank you to all the ladies who came along! We got our steps in, had a good natter and some fresh air - so good for you and baby 💛

Join us for our next Solihull pushchair walk at Dorridge Park, 1pm on Thursday 22 October. We’ll meet at Skogen, walk together, then finish back there for coffee and a catch up ☕ with cakes available by Monicas Bakes

All mums are welcome, and you don’t need to have been to one of my classes before. Come along for some fresh air, a gentle walk and a chat with other mums. No fitness level needed, just you, your baby and a pushchair. Walking and talking is one of the easiest ways to build your village and make some local friends.

It’s completely free 💛

Book your spot via the link in bio (so I know numbers). Tag a mum friend who’d enjoy this 👇

Maternity leave is such a special (and sometimes lonely) time, and you’ve got lots of choices for how to spend it. Swipe to see why hundreds of mums have chosen us.

For us, it’s not just a workout. It’s postpartum specialist coaching, a friendly body positive group, coffee after class and a village you can lean on. Your baby gets parachute play, nursery rhymes and sensory fun while you get stronger both physically but also mentally.

To everyone who’s walked through the door, thank you. We never take your choice for granted 💛

Ready to join us? Book via the link in bio, or message me with any questions.

This morning’s Sweaty Betty run or walk was everything 🧡

Run, walk or somewhere in between, everyone did what they were comfortable with. Then we all regrouped back at the shop, and some of us headed off for coffees. So many lovely chats, so many babies, bumps and toddlers, and sunshine to match 💛

Next Sweaty Betty event is in November, so keep an eye out for the date!

In the meantime:
🚶‍♀️ Free pushchair walk in Dorridge on 22 October
🏋️‍♀️ Reformer and strength event with Re-Coop Studios | Reformer Pilates Solihull on 21 November

Details for both are on my booking page. Come and join us!

She Lifts is back and the new term is now open for booking 💛

If you’ve been meaning to get back into the gym but the thought of walking in feels a bit much, this is for you. Small group, properly coached strength sessions with other mums who get it. No judgement, no guessing what to do, just building strength and confidence at your own pace.

Babies are welcome, of course! Coached by and held at in Monkspath. After class, we go for coffee at .cafe next door ☕️

Spaces are limited because it’s a small group, so grab your spot while you can. Link in bio to book 💛

Sunshine, prams and punching things 💛

This week’s Power in the Park had it all: boxing (floral gloves obviously), kettlebells, and a whole lot of laughing. Babies in prams, toddlers doing laps, and a gang of mums getting stronger together.

If you’ve been thinking about coming along but not sure if you’re “fit enough” - you are. Everyone’s welcome, babies too 💛
This is what postnatal fitness looks like. No judgement, no perfect, just showing up and having a good time.

Want in? Classes Tuesday - Friday across Solihull. Link in bio to book 👆
