When they told me the diagnosis was wrong, I didn't celebrate.

I just felt exhausted.

For 14 years I believed I had a terminal Motor Neurone Disease.

14 years of living inside that.

Then one day they told me it wasn't MND at all.
I expected euphoria.

What I actually felt was bone tired.

And in the weeks that followed I noticed something.

I stopped cooking.

For years I cooked fresh food every day. It was one of the things I held onto.

After the reclassification the love for it just disappeared.

I found myself reaching for whatever was easiest.
I'm a Food Noise Specialist. I understand the brain science behind our relationship with food.

And I still couldn't see what was happening to me.
My nervous system had been in survival mode for so long it didn't know how to exist in ordinary life.
The threat was gone but the wiring was still running the old programme.

Food was the first place it showed up.

If you've ever come through something exhausting and wondered why you still don't feel better, this is why.

The crisis ends before the body gets the message.
I'm back. And I'm working on my own rewiring as much as anyone else's.

Has anything like this ever shown up for you?

Monday: 1 | My focus: 0 đź«

Why is it that the second the "Monday Morning" stress hits, the food noise decides to turn the volume up to 100? 🔊🌮

You’re sitting there trying to listen to "Quarterly Projections," but your brain is actually running a 4K cinematic trailer of:

*What’s for dinner?
*Are there snacks in the breakroom?
*Does that salad I packed actually count as joy?

The Reality Check:
If your brain is currently a 24/7 food channel, you’re not "weak-willed" you’re likely just managing the Monday spike in cortisol. Your brain is looking for a way to soothe the stress, and food is its favorite language.

The Strategy:

Take a deep breath. Acknowledge the noise. Remind yourself: "I hear you, but we’re busy right now."

Call to Action:

What is your "Noise" currently shouting for today?

🍕🍩🥗 Drop it in the comments and let’s get it out of our heads!

Why Willpower is a Lie

If you've ever felt like you're 'winning' at life but 'losing' to your cravings,

I have something important to tell you: It isn't your fault.

Most weight loss plans ask you to use willpower to fight your biology. But biology always wins.

I don't help people 'diet.' I help them delete the Food Noise.

Using my 4-week Virtual Gastric Band protocol, we neurologically reset your satiety signals. No surgery, no pills, and no 'Normal' side effects. Just a quiet mind and a body that finally knows when it's full.

I am currently reviewing applications for my February Power 10 intake. This is a premium 1-2-1 clinical transformation for the woman who is ready to invest in a permanent solution.

Investment: £395 (4-week total protocol)
