With the temperatures warming up once again, it is important to remind ourselves of the differences between Heat Exhaustion and Heatstroke.
💧Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before and during outdoor activities.
☀️Environment: Pay attention to the weather and temperatures.
✅Awareness: Know the signs of heat exhaustion and heatstroke.
🚑Take Action: Get to a cooler place and seek medical help if needed

Another fantastic day out supporting the Hatfield Heath Festival with our medical and welfare team.
After the recent spell of relentless hot weather, it was great to see the temperatures ease, making for a much more comfortable and enjoyable day for everyone attending. The festival had a brilliant atmosphere, with families, friends and the local community coming together to enjoy everything on offer. 🌞 🚑 🎠
