Unfortunately we are having computer issues across our 3 surgeries this morning. IT are aware of this and are working on our issues. Hopefully be rectified soon. Please bear with us. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Douglasdale Medical Practice will be closed on Wednesday, 29th July from 2pm-6pm

NHS Lanarkshire are committed to ensure that the best possible care is provided to our patients at all times. In order to support and sustain valuable General Practices, Protected Learning Time (PLT) will be in place across all participating GP practices.

PLT is an opportunity for the GP practice team to address learning and professional development needs.

If you require urgent medical attention during this time, please call the dedicated Clydesdale emergency phone line on 01698 752921.

If you have a routine enquiry, please call back when the practice re-opens the following day.

📢 GP practices will be closed on Monday 20 July for the public holiday.

Please plan ahead and make sure you have enough medication to cover the holiday period. Your local pharmacy may operate different opening hours than usual.

If you need urgent medical help while your GP practice is closed, call NHS 24 on 111. Please do not attend an Out of Hours centre unless you have been referred. Walk-ins will not be available, and services are appointment only.

For life-threatening emergencies, always call 999.
