Tomorrow, Wednesday 8th April, the South Lanarkshire Older Adult Community Mental Health Team and South Lanarkshire Council Housing will be on site at Lanark Pharmacy.

They’ll be available to offer free, confidential 1-to-1 advice and support.

This is part of the South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership, working together to support our community.
