So the season has come to and end for the Torrisholme Cricket Club Women’s & Girls cricket team. We are very proud of the achievements the team have made this year. Some fantastic individual and team performances throughout the season. Everyone has developed and improved.
Really looking forward to starting the winter league. If any women or girls (12+) would like to get involved for the indoor winter league or for next years outdoor games, please get in touch.

Gait analysis aims to identify areas that can be improved on to make you a more efficient runner. Here we can see a lack of efficiency as the weakness in the right hip allows the left side of the pelvis to drop creating compensatory movement higher up in the body.

The Fairway Physio team were trying out reformer Pilates this week at Studio Seven ™ | Luxury Reformer Pilates located above our clinic in the Glassworks building. The staff were lovely, the Pilates were certainly challenging and we had a great time.
The studio is a great facility. If you haven’t done so already, I highly recommend trying reformer Pilates.

A great night last night presenting awards to the Womens & Girls cricket team at Torrisholme Cricket Club. We had a great season and it was lovely to celebrate our achievements over the summer. Everyone improved over the season. We have a bright future, with a young and promising side.

A huge congratulations to our winners:

Best bowler: Shanaya Gill
Players player of the year: Matilda Barker
Performance of the year: Shanaya Gill
