❔An estimated 6.3 million people in the UK live with prediabetes, but many are unaware. Without support to reduce this risk, they may go on to develop type 2 diabetes.

❔It's a good idea to know your risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Diabetes UK have a free and quick online tool to help you find out: https://riskscore.diabetes.org.uk/

❔Had gestational diabetes? Up to 50% of women diagnosed with gestational diabetes develop type 2 diabetes within 5 years. With support, this risk can be reduced.

Keeping up with checks like the NHS Health Check and making positive changes to your diet and lifestyle can significantly reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
