Morning!
Just a bit of an update about running group. The first two blocks went really well, some lovely runs round Lancaster including hills and steps. I have some holidays booked June and July so am thinking we will re start at the beginning of August. Probably still on a Wed eve but this will be confirmed nearer the time,
