So many people request specific lymph drainage massage.
If massage is done right, it’s all lymph drianage! By nature it moves fluid to back to the nodes and heart…
Unless you’ve had cancer or surgery that’s affected your lymphatic nodes and tubes, specific lymphatic drainage massage isn’t necessary… a great explanation from the Dr here….
