What is Reflexology ? it is a relaxing and gentle pressure massage to the feet. Each part of your foot connects to a part of your body. It is the whole body that benefits not just your feet. The result is an improvement in the blood circulation and nervous system helping all the organs and glands to work better.

Reflexology is said to help with many conditions including: insomnia, pmt, sciatica, depression, anxiety, bereavement and more.

I found Isabelle to be a true, caring professional. I was putting on weight without over eating, tired and not absorbing information properly. A thyroid imbalance was discovered. After a few of days of taking kelp, I have much more energy, hair is shining and I feel I am no longer accumulating weight. My 9 year old son had a kinesiology balance too. He had developed a phobia of going into the underground to travel. Three days after his kinesiology balance we traveled to Hyde Park. From the hysterical fear of the tube trip the Sunday before, he was quite surprised to be totally free of phobia. Kinesiology : way forward. Jayne Safari

SUFFERING FROM HAY FEVER?!! Read this and Please Share:

Hay fever is caused by an allergic reaction to pollen Reflexology can help

Reflexology is fast becoming a popular therapy for hay fever
Reflexology has a number of techniques that can ease the effects of hay fever as well as providing guidance on how to control the symptoms throughout the season.
Reflexology increases blood flow and improves the circulation of oxygen and nutrients around the body. By applying pressure to the hands and feet – where there are thousands of nerve endings – other parts of the body are affected. For hay fever, reflexology concentrates on applying pressure to the toes and fingers. These areas link directly to the head, sinuses and eyes and stimulate the adrenal gland which reduces inflammation caused by the hay fever. As the inflammation reduces, you’ll start to breathe more easily and that stuffy headache will ease. Over the season, hay fever sufferers also have a build up of toxins in the body and weakened immunity. Reflexology applied to specific areas on the sole and heel of the foot encourages toxin release and gives a much needed boost to the immune system.
Reflexology techniques can often work better than antihistamines or eye drops as there are no drowsy side-effects allowing you to go about your day-to-day routine. Reflexologists assess medical history, lifestyle and diet and look at any other allergies you may have (hay fever is often found where there’s a family history of eczema or asthma). Along with the physical treatments, reflexologists can also make recommendations about nutrition and detoxification. Nettle tea is a well known remedy for the treatment of hay fever symptoms.
Reflexology is fast becoming a popular therapy for hay fever sufferers helping benefit relaxation, pain relief, energy levels and toxin elimination. Make an appointment with your local reflexology practitioner and start to enjoy your spring and summer again.
