Somewhere between horrified and deeply impressed...the correct response?!

The pattern I see constantly. You will do something before the wedding. Then before the holiday. Then before the birthday. The event arrives, nothing has happened, and you promise yourself the next one.

The years go by like that.

I understand it. There is always something in the way. But there is never going to be a perfectly convenient time to start investing in yourself. The right time is just the time you decide it is.

And because the treatments that give the most natural results build gradually, the best time to start is always earlier than feels comfortable. The version of you in three months will be glad you started today.

This one is for the people who keep putting it off.

A checklist.

You have taken the same photo seventeen times and deleted all of them.

You have rearranged yourself in the group shot. Three times. Nobody noticed. They noticed.
