Classes finished for the summer! Thank you lots to everyone who has been coming along to my various weekly yoga classes- I love teaching you- have a brilliant summer and keep getting on your mat.
We will restart in September and I’ll be offering some taster sessions just before classes recommence - especially for anyone who has been wondering about giving yoga a go- or those who haven’t managed to practice yoga recently- details to follow soon. 😎

Yoga back to normal this week after family visiting and THE HEAT!! Hope you’ve all survived and look forward to seeing you this week. 12.15-1.15pm - Light Yoga
6.15-7.30pm - Mixed Ability Yoga.

Wednesday Wake Up Mixed Ability ZOOM Yoga - 7.30-8.30am. Live Online Class

Thursday Gentle Years Yoga Classes 10.30am-11.30am at The Studio, Maxwell Place, Langholm.

Thursday Evening Mixed Ability ZOOM Yoga 6.15pm -7.15pm
