A Special Thank You to Our Registered Manager, Bhima!

We wanted to take a moment to recognise the incredible work of our Registered Manager, Bhima, and everything she has achieved with our Supported Living service.

In less than a year, Bhima has taken our Supported Living setting from completely empty to full occupancy, an achievement that represents so much more than numbers.

Behind this milestone has been an enormous amount of hard work, dedication, relationship building and commitment to ensuring that every person moving into the service receives the right support and feels settled and at home.

Bhima has played a huge part in developing the service from the ground up, working closely with individuals, families, professionals, commissioners and our wider team to make the service what it is today.

We are incredibly proud of how far our Supported Living service has come and wanted to publicly say a very well-deserved thank you and well done, Bhima!

Here’s to the next chapter for our Supported Living service!

We’re looking for an experienced Service Co-ordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding care.

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Service Co-ordinator role
✅ Full UK driving licence
✅ Access to your own vehicle
✅ Excellent organisational and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage rotas, coordinate care packages and support both staff and service users
