We’ve had a bit of a furniture reshuffle! We’re constantly considering our clients experience and trying to create an environment where you feel safe to share.

We have no waiting list right now - that means that if you need support you could be speaking to us in the next week to get the ball rolling!

We offer:
- Sessions from £20 a week
- Initial assessment for just £25
- No set limitations on the number of sessions available
- No current waiting list!
- Qualified, experienced practitioners or trainee counsellors working towards nationally recognised diplomas (depending on your needs)

Are you struggling with your mental health?

Amazing how a bit of sunshine can lift the spirits … but that’s not the case for everyone. Studies have shown that often as temperatures rise people with mental health difficulties or facing hard circumstances in life can actually feel worse.

They aren’t 100% sure why - maybe it’s seeing others perking up more, or recognising the difference between the sunshine and your own internal landscape? Who knows.

Ultimately, we are here to support you. With no limitations on number of sessions, plenty of availability and sessions from just £20 with an initial assessment fee of £25 - please get in touch if you’re waiting for support!
